Seamless steel pipe is a round, square or rectangular steel which has no seams around and hollow sections. It is made by piercing with ingot or solid billets, then hot-rolled, cold-rolled or cold drawn. Seamless steel is used as transmission fluid. Compared with solid steel such as round steel, its steel pipe is lighter as with same flexural torsional strength. It is a economic section steel which is widely used in the manufacture of structural components and mechanical parts, such as drill pipe, motor shaft, welded steel pipe, bike racks and construction steel scaffolding used in the construction.
