3. Screw thread and black steel pipe joint. a. If the workers delivery the threaded galvanized steel, the screw thread should be made in the end of galvanized car. Screw thread shall comply with the YB 822 requirements. b. Steel black joints should comply with provisions of YB 238; malleable cast iron black steel pipe fittings should comply with the provisions of YB 230.
4. Mechanical Properties. Galvanized steel mechanical properties shall comply with the GB 3092.
5. Uniformity of the zinc coating. Galvanized steel should have galvanized layer uniformity test. Steel sample was immersed in a copper sulfate solution 5 times continuously and don't turn red.
6. Cold bending test. The galvanized steel pipe that nominal caliber is no more than 50mm should have the cold bending test.
